What's that stitch? Seed stitch

Seed stitch creates raised bumps along the row.  I thought moss stitch and seed stitch were both the same just different names for the same stitch but I've since learnt that they aren't the same. Learn about this stitch, how to do seed stitch and get a few project ideas.
