I know I did a post on how to do a yarn forward and pass a slipped stitch over which is similar to this.  As you will need to know how to do a yarn forward (yfd), purl 2 and pass yarn forward (yfd) over for what's that stitch - elm grain I thought i'd do a post on this to help you do the stitch.

1. Purl to where you would like to do the yarn forward


Step 1 of yarn forward, purl 2, pass yarn forward over - purling stitches

3.Purl two stitches from the left hand needle

4.Grab the yarn forward with the left hand needle and bring it over the top of two purled stitches and off the top of the needle.

You have now finished doing a yarn forward, purl 2 and pass yarn forward overit should look like the photos below:
